MHC, you already own Railworks and all the DLC, don't you? This is where 10% of your 1k games come from?

I found Twilight of the Anor to be quite good. Graphics & performance are improved and the races have unique tech trees.

Biggest problem is that some races are too passive to counter the rapid expansion of others.

No, it's still active, at least it was a month ago...and yeah, better just bite the bullet and get the whole collection as you get the turtle and rush sides as well.

Get the mods to fix that for the most part. Didn't realise Gal Civ was on steam too.

Even with as much videogame money I had set aside for this sale I don't have enough for all the Railworks DLC. I'm sorry Gaben. :(

Nothing for me today unless one of the flash/community deals is any good. Funny enough the most expensive thing I'll probably end up getting is Orcs Must Die 2.

Fake/real edit: Hmm, might grab Shoot Many Robots for $2.50. Fortunately it doesn't have the shitty Ubi DRM... at least... I don't think so.

Great interactive movie that. And I use "interactive" in a very loose sense. I loved the story and setting but there's very little actual gameplay involved. The only reason to keep playing is to see what happens next. Definitely not the kind of thing you'd want to replay, even once.

Orcs must die was such a disappointment when I learned you could just hold the left mouse button to repeatedly shoot. I thought my crazy mouse APM gave me an advantage.

I'm not sure how many more games I'll buy from this sale. I'm pretty much limiting myself to 2-3 euros per game now. Do you guys recall if they've ever done some sort of "BOOM 99% OFF ON 100 TITLES!" thing at the end of the sale?

Shoot Many Robots is pretty enjoyable. Simple as hell, but holding D and LMB is entertaining enough for a couple bucks.

Uh... you really can't. That is, just holding down the mouse button causes your shots to do less damage/harder to aim. It's better to line it up and go for the head shot.

Nope. They most commonly use the last day of a big sale for repeats of the most popular deals. Since they're doing repeats DURING this sale I dunno if that'll be the case this time or not.

son of a bitch. I held off because I heard so much about the semiauto crossbow and how they refused to add autofire on principle

all they do is revisit the most popular daily titles with the same discounts

Oh yeah, that's how it was. Still, my mouse APM was of no advantage.

By the way, bought Vice City at -75%.

first thing they tell you is how it supports 4 player co-op

so is it crap in singleplayer in a borderlands way

Since I played through Borderlands and all DLC twice singleplayer and twice co-op I'm probably not a good person to answer that. M:
Every map involves running left to right, generally holding down LMB to spray your gun wildly. Leveling up gets you some minor bonuses (I forget the specifics but it's shit like a hair more damage) and gets you access to higher level items. The items can be rearranged for different builds/loadouts depending on your taste and playstyle. Very little enemy variety and very little map variety.

If you're after a score attack arcade shooter, I'd recommend Nation Red for $2.50 way over Shoot Many Robots. http://store.steampowered.com/app/39800/
Has a demo, but I dunno if it's up to date or not. The developers have been supporting the bajesus out of it and it's been changed a hell of a lot since release. If they haven't been keeping the demo up to snuff it would be a piss poor representation of the game.
I've dumped 23 hours on Nation Red and still load it up every once in a while. Especially if I get in a pissing match over score with a Steam bro.
Good variety of weapons which can drop during a game, and you level up and get perks on a per-game basis. Most entertaining way to play is with random perks, which gives you a list of 5 perks when you level up and you pick one. Some of the achievements in the game are kinda entertaining to get too, I'm normally not much of an achievement whore but in a game like Nation Red I liked having a pile of them to shoot for.

Jesus wept. The people who vote for sales never cease to disappoint. Given the choice of Krater (New game, hasn't had a sale yet), Eye (Has been out a while, pretty unique, good sale though) and Sanctum (Has been in multiple sales and a fucking indie bundle) they NATURALLY VOTE FOR SANCTUM.

    WHY!?

I like crimsonlandish shooters and saw how much they updated it, after I tried the demo it cinched the deal

Same reason Beyond Good and Evil lost: People are stupid. There are people who post at CAG who say they 'missed' the more recent Humble Indie Bundles... how the fuck do you miss it when it's broadcast over half the internet and lasts for two weeks?

Derpblivion will probably win the next vote. Also, Dungeon Defender 'expansion' pack for $3.25 during the new flash sale, probably grab that. Cheap enough.

Dungeon Defenders: 2,99 euros for game, 12.49 for all DLC's.
At this point i'm just waiting for Warlock to show again (yes, i know it's on Amazon), because i couldn't buy it when it was on flash sales, and i'm done.

So... buy it on Amazon? There's literally no difference. You get a Steam key plus two other games and CK2 DLC. Why pay more for less?

Because i have a bro in Russialand, who can gift me games, and Warlock would be cheaper with -60 % discount, than this pack on Amazon. I have Majesty Gold already and i'm not interested in Majesty 2, which is pure crap. But if Warlock doesn't show up again on Steam, i'll take it from Amazon. Sale there is going through whole july, right?
