Spawning enemies were not a problem for me, considering they always appear in the same place so you can use memory if your reflexes are no longer what they used to be. What I found wrong is that sprites are way too small, you can barely carry any ammo and once you get the flamer, all organic enemies become a piece of cake (that is, most of them).

The cyborg MC is also way too squishy despite being a terminator expie.

Funnily enough the easy mode they patched later makes it way more fun, if you don't mind losing the chance to show off your e-peen.
