UPDATE: We've updated with a bbcode mod that allows you to link a wide range of media websites.

Simply use the Rich-Text Editor media button, click it, paste link and you're done.

For those using the non-WYSIWYG editor, you'll have to figure out the code yourself. But it's usually some variation of:

[media=NameOfWebsite]http://full.url.to.media[/media]

Just switch to the rich code editor in preferences and see what that does until you get familiar with the code for whatever it is you're trying to link.

DarkUnderlord Might be worth looking into; I've sometimes found myself in need of that functionality for directing readers to specific timepoints within embedded videos in newsposts etc.

It seems that you can't. You can try to add /VIDEO_ID next to the channel name inside the media tag, but though it links to the correct video when you click on it, the embedded version doesn't work.

Yeah, I've noticed too. Only the currently active stream plays correctly, which makes the feature barely useful. Still, better than nothing.
