Anything interesting in that hour long video? Maybe a hint for their next project?

I hope for the day when Larian learns to balance their systems on top of making them interesting. Replaying DD made me realize how little Larian have learned over all these years. As such, their games are little more than sandboxes for cool stuff to happen ("hey, what other skills break the game, I wonder...") just like DA are romance novels in game format. Neither Bioware nor Larian are moving in the right direction RPG-dev wise.

Pretty much.

I had the feeling this was gonna happen since their kickstarter days because most of the podcasts would boil down to "LOOK AT WHAT YOU CAN DO!" without ever really considering the reason why have the need to do it in the first place

I disagree. That's a design philosophy I really like. It supports creativity but it's at its best when the creativity is required by the enemies being as creative as you can be and the game being challenging. D:OS didn't really succeed there but it was still fun.

Original Sin is battling it out against Inquisition in PC Game of the Year on gamespot. Vote for incline!
A console port with terrible mouse and keyboard controls and performance is winning.

Of course it'll really be a shock if I end up liking DAI over D:OS as well.

As much as I dislike both these groups, I'm ecstatic that Wasteland 2's getting left in the dust.

Didn't even make it into the top 10 NPD Sales for November. Wasn't it suppose the next Skyrim in sales? Shit flopped. "Even then, Inquisition sold around the same amount of units across five platforms as Dragon Age 2 did on three."

It was only out for the last two weeks of November.

No, they weren't expecting Skyrim sales, that would be absurdly unrealistic. I'm sure a lot of people there are disappointed though. :)

At least they can't blame it on piracy.
Don't worry, they'll probably say that DA:4 is going to be console exclusive because PC gamers aren't interested in RPG's as proved by bad DA:I sales. Development of PC version seriously strained their resources which reduced game's quality which ended up in worse sales.
