Not without doing it individually, which would get messy.
One of the few suggestions I've ever read in Site Feedback that actually sounds like a good idea to me. Shame it's (apparently) not really technically feasible.

I tend to think of it as a lifetime achievement, that the user works hard for by filling posts and/or topics with mind-numbing retardation. Singling out one post in such a situation is like cutting out a piece of a painting, discarding the context and greater meaning related to the whole "masterpiece".
But it's nice to investigate that particular drop that made the bucket overflow.
