Weird, they called Dune 2 a part of the "Command & Conquer" series in 1992!

That's probably similar to the whole "WarCraft" business at Blizzard.

First game was called "WarCraft: Orcs & Humans" because it was supposed to be an anthology series, releasing a new game on the (mostly) same engine each year, with a new theme. Didn't end up that way but still. I guess partly because technology improved to fast and made stuff obsolete and seeming ancient every two years.

Yeah, doesn't matter. But interesting for historians.
