Not not really, if you look closely you can see that my avatar is slightly prettier than yours, yours is a bit thin of lip and her hair isn't as shiney.

Speaking of which, why are Chinese-type ethnicities colloquially called Asians but the same doesn't apply to Indians?

It's a race thing, I say Asians meaning the east asian race, indians aren't the same race, they are something else, I'd say some sort of caucasian subtype, but I think it depends on what part of india you're referencing, indians are pretty diverse.
