Codex Year of the Donut Serpent in the Staglands Dead State Divinity: Original Sin Project: Eternity Torment: Tides of Numenera Wasteland 2 Shadorwun: Hong Kong Divinity: Original Sin 2 A Beautifully Desolate Campaign Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire Pathfinder: Kingmaker Pathfinder: Wrath I'm very into cock and ball torture I helped put crap in Monomyth
Most of these will be for consoles, as I don't think PC games were usually mass market enough to justify TV commercials (but I might be wrong).

Almost qualifies, and is hilarious (plus, they talk about the 1991 version of Neverwinter Nights):

I'm almost certain that when I saw this on T.V. there was a big blood splatter instead of the dude slamming the window.

Not that old, but still pretty hilarious

Jesus Christ. How did they make the commercial MORE hammy than the FMV cutscenes?

Anyway, my favorite is always:

See? Graphic whores existed back then too!

I also like how the cartridge the kid puts in his NES is clearly not the Legend of Zelda. The cover is blacked out and the cartridge is gray, instead of the gold color the Zelda cartridges were.

How could you forget:

Jesus, I felt a pang of old forgotten grief for Phil Hartman from that and I do not grieve celebrities. By far the worst celebrity death of my lifetime. Also as you get older and see more shitty comedian schtick you realize he was the funniest guy in every ensemble thing he did.
