Are your scrolling device broken or what? It's on the site in OP.
Mostly issues with modern systems (drivers etc.) or bugs that you can find after beating game seven times. And beating the addon another seven times.

And once again - modders ideas are not smarty. working on fix for the game, restricting only in some way. Welp.
