It's a time to light those candles upon that tasty cake, as both the Commodore Amiga and the Atari ST are celebrating their 30th anniversary. That's right, it's 30 years to this day that the Amiga was launched, and last month it was the Atari ST!

I  my Amiga. The greatest instrument of any kind ever devised.

Atari ST was when entropy began to dominate the universe, slowly destroying all life, all joy and all hope. The harbinger of the end times.

Edit: Nice fireplace.

I like that the C64 has a 'large' 64K memory, but no adjective is sufficient to describe the Amiga 2000's gargatucolossomagestic 1Mb. Presumably the thesaurus was running on a Commodore PC and crashed.

It's like a PC today could have 64gb of memory the most and suddenly a console came with 1tb of memory, imagine that.

Let's get into a religious war about Windows vs OS/2.

As it is, I had the Atari ST, better performance value for your buck. Technically the Amiga was slightly more advanced. Dungeon Master came out on the Atari first, so that's all that really matters. Plus my roommate had an Amiga, best of both worlds in that house.

Happy Birthday to an era long gone by! Hello CoD.

Pictures like these around me arouse me so much more than porn ! Probably because the subject is treated with care and not with abuse.

I emulated Amberstar on an Atari ST emulator a few years ago.

It took me like 2 hours to get the emulator working, and the game required something like...8 floppy disks?

Very cool game though, was worth it.
