Did anyone ever tried to make some Codex funding stuff like for those shit Kickstarter games? I know that Matt might not be as edgy as we are, but in the end it seams that we are fighting same fight.

Something like:
a) Collect 500$
b) Spread it over the year for each video
c) Get signed book and give it away to some Codexer during some competition

I mean, there was an attempt to collect 5000$ for Dead State.

Matt is fine in my book, one the few youtubers who actually cares about rpgs and interviews devs and old industry devs.

I think he could be a bit more "pro-active" when interviewing devs and ask several follow up questions.

Always struck me that is playthroughs weren't right enthralling, e's got that dry detached manner about im that makes it seem he's enjoying nowt, even when he is. I wonder could he hav devs on who'd play their old games, comment on em and ave a little interview at end and do a bit o shilling. Dev could record gameplay imsen, take questions from net and answer em during, and tell you where to get his old stuff, send footage to Matt and he edits and does a bit o spit and polish. Don't know whether something like that's workable or not, or even desirable.

Fix the Patreon donator list Matt. At the end of the list there are some names that you haven't bothered to organize alphabetically.

Also you should have kept the list the way it was before - listing supporters in the order they started to fund your show. I used to felt a pathetic sense of pride every time my name showed on the top of the list, but now my proud name is been sodomized by later supporters. Now that you've robbed me of my pathetic source of pride, why would I keep supporting your show?

So put the list back the way it was before! Don't make me count the money I've already thrown at you!

My pathetic sense of pride thanks you Matt! This is what good customer service is all about! Now I can safely forget all about those monthly Patreon bills. I mean it must be already something like 20-30$ by now? No biggie. Let's see... ~3 years, so that makes 12 months and 4$ per month... WHAAT?

He needs to find a better way to do his retrospective/review videos better. I understand the need to break things up, as well as the advantage of people finding his videos by googling "Arcanum retrospective" or whatever, but jesus christ they are a hot mess right now.

It needs to be a lot more focused. Right now it's like a mish mash of an unfinished LP and a rambly preview with crappy jokes. Something more scripted, like LGR, would be nice. But it'd have to be natural, since he doesn't really have that kind of persona to read anything scripted. Maybe work from broad notes or something?

Regardless, posting videos of him forcing his cat to play video games would be preferable to what he has on there now.
