Apparently it's a League of Legends clone starring DC Comic characters, it just hit "open beta." (AKA, it's been released the devs just don't want to hear people bitch about bugs.)

About to give it a fair run through, since I am a comic book nerd, but it honestly looks like a near complete League clone, even moreso than your typical Dota-clone....is a clone.

It looks like the League of Legends dominion map but with DC characters. I got two closed beta keys some time ago but never bothered giving it a try.
