All hope for Torment gone. Colin McComb is a cuck too.

According to her linkedin she wrote the pink-haired companion which figures.
Ah, so that's the person who wrote Callistege? That explains much. Eh. If only they would show all these tweets, all these people and made a Kodex Kontroversy during the kickstarter.

A few minutes before the car hit the restaurant, though, a message came up on Brian's iPhone: "A car will be crashing through into the restaurant in a few moments. Here are some options you could take to avoid getting hit..."

He's probably started a company that other developers outsource certain elements of their game to that they don't have time to handle, or they'll port games for big publishers. Hence why inXile's games are under the website banner.

I am very skeptical of this being a success; for one, these types of studios that do outsourcing or consulting are run by people with 15-20 years of experience and have been around doing this type of work for years now. I just looked up video game design consultants, and they are all people with 15+ years and who came from big studios like Ubisoft.

invidious
adjective
1.
calculated to create ill will or resentment or give offense; hateful:
invidious remarks.
2.
offensively or unfairly discriminating; injurious:
invidious comparisons.
3.
causing or tending to cause animosity, resentment, or envy:
an invidious honor.
4.
Obsolete. envious.
This doesn't seem like a very good name for a company.

http://www.nolaba.org/whynola/findley-inxile-new-orleans-tech/

Findley says their hiring in the New Orleans studio moved ahead of schedule. He adds that inXile Entertainment established more valuable contacts in New Orleans in one year than it did through decades in Newport Beach, California.

“My goal was to get to 20 people in our office by the end of our first year, and we were able to do it in less than four months,” Findley says. “We now have 25 people. All of these hires are actual game developer positions from engineers to 3D artists.

“One of the best traits of the city is the combination of the qualities of a big city with the feel of a smaller city. Every single one of our employees has a commute that is the shortest of their lives. The impact to people’s quality of life that comes with this is amazing, and I can see it on their smiling faces every time they get to work.”

So... a place with no significant game development scene is somehow overflowing with game devs?

Hmm.
