Putting the 'role' back in role-playing games since 2002.

  • Welcome to rpgcodex.net, a site dedicated to discussing computer based role-playing games in a free and open fashion. We're less strict than other forums, but please refer to the rules.

"This message is awaiting moderator approval": All new users must pass through our moderation queue before they will be able to post normally. Until your account has "passed" your posts will only be visible to yourself (and moderators) until they are approved. Give us a week to get around to approving / deleting / ignoring your mundane opinion on crap before hassling us about it. Once you have passed the moderation period (think of it as a test), you will be able to post normally, just like all the other retards.

It has come to my attention that some users wish to ignore forums in the what's new thing.

So go to your profile and look for "What's New" at the bottom of your options menu on the left, just under the Account Upgrades options... http://www.rpgcodex.net/forums/index.php?account/whats-new

And tick stuff to ignore updates coming from that forum appearing in the "What's New" page.

It seems a bit buggy selecting stuff but meh, it appears to work.

Also, enjoy your quick reply preview button!

Just a heads up that Preview doesn't show up between post reply and more options if you don't have javascript turned on for the site.

I tend to leave it off because I don't usually use the new post gui.

There's a option in the site to use the BBcode editor as default(instead of the rich text one), if you meant what I think you meant

OMG Preview buttan!!!

That's causes it relies on JavaScript, you 20thCenturyfag.

How is it going with sorting the "What's New?" by forums?

Unless someone has found a mod that implements it, it's not going anywhere.

It also would be nice to be able to remove specific threads from showing up in What's new

Damn. I would sell my liver for this. It's in quite good condition too. Pretty healthy diet if somewhat harmed by excessive use of alcohol.
