Ulminati contacted me and said he will pledge all the brofists to pay for roqua's remedy
The bank of Ulminati has been called upon to foreclose on this debt.

As there has been no challenge from the bank within the requisite time period, the call is deemed valid.
He also said he wants me to take care of all the rest of his brofists, true story.
Then you should arrange a funds transfer directly with the Bank of Ulminati. I'm only a licensed agent for the Codex brofist vault.

I have contacted the CEO of said bank and he was very clear about this issue

If this is true, then Snorkack is not a registered agent of the Bank of Ulminati and has no authority to place trades on its behalf. This would be then be a matter of fraud, with dire consequences for the person committing the fraud.

Snorkack is this true?

Not necessarily. As we all know banks have a series of interwoven relationships among various financial institutions. There is no way to know if Snorkack is simply acting as an agent of one of these institutions. Without knowing what the interwoven relationships with Ulminati are, I think it's not prudent to make accusations. If anything, Ulminati is to blame for not providing clarity in this situation. I suggest we confiscate all brofists and move them to a neutral codex account where only Snorkack can be a fiduciary agent over them.

Good and trusted bank? Please. We are merely trying to prevent a run on this bank. In reality this thing is built on a house of cards, and Ulminati knows this.
