Nope. Things have only gotten worse. You've missed out on the good times for starting anyway.

Meh, it's still a fun game. Besides, you may have left STO but you'll always be... One of us. One of us. One of us. One of us. One of us. One of us.

I refuse to believe that you'll just let your cyber-shekels gather dust

Of course not. I traded them to an Eggy Friend. He give good deal, pay many server bills. Probably will end up funding development of my own project. Now that I have tasted the egg, between pictures of Q and pictures of Ben Franklin, Ben Franklin wins every time. Even you could probably get at least a picture of Grant or Jackson.

That reminds me, when you finally leave, can we get your storage fleets?

Or are you gonna sell those as well?

Why would you want them? When I'm done with them they will have been emptied completely, same as any other random fleet you could make.

A 3-dominion-ships-bundle for 6000 Zen incoming!
Fixed that for you.
Wouldn't be surprised if those will be a T6 bugship, or at least an escort bundle.
Seems to be Craptic's new chosen MO: "You want a good looking ship with 5 tac consoles? Buy 3 ships so you can combine the parts. You want a semi-op console set? Buy all three ships. They are discounted!!!!!!"
Looking forward to the T6 Derpidex bundle. Yay.
I also predict that at one point the ship mastery traits will get synergy as well. COLLECT THEM ALL!

Nah I'm 99% sure it's gonna be a promotion pack ship like the elachi shehar or the voth bulwark dreadnought cruisers.

Possibly the Jem'Hadar battlecruiser with 1 hangar bay and some very nice boff and console loadout.

Also, proposed incoming changes to some of the command boff powers.
Concentrate firepower suddenly looks really fucking interesting. Now I just wish I could get the wide angle quantum torp for my romulan and kdf characters (or a WA plasma and photon respectively) or a command escort.

No because there are already 3 Jem'Hadar ships in the game, only the Attack Ship lacks a console.

That set already exists but its a 2 piece set for the Dread and Escort Carrier consoles, the Defense Screen is new.

Edit:

I forgot but they never sold non-Federation, Romulan or Klingon Defense Force ships on the C-Store, those have always been event/Lock Box/Lobi ships and this is been told is a stipulation of CBS, they cannot sell Jem'Hadar ships on the C-Store period until there is a Dominion faction.

Craptic only runs discount events when normal sales are down, same way the free giveaways are C-Store items nobody buys anymore.
They only included a free upgrade for T5 ships because nobody buys them anymore. Why would they when a T5 + upgrade ends up costing more than a T6, with worth stats? I wouldn't be surprised if they keep that a feature even after the event. Although I doubt it will increase the sales noticable.
The only good thing about this is the discount for fleet modules. While I will not spend Cybershekelz on it, I hope it will lead to "cheap" FMs for EC. If that happens I will buy a few, since fleet T6s are only a matter of time after all.
20% off for Intelboats is still nice though, gives people still flying a normal T5 a chance to catch up a little. I know I did with my klang last time.

Ahhh....the anniversary event has ended and I'm relieved. Now I'm up to my eyeballs in omega particles that will take the rest of my lifetime to process. I hope you all enjoyed your multiple runs through Harry Kim's Funhouse!

I have to admit that now that Cryptic has confirmed that they won't be screwing with doffing, I'm looking forward to these sector space changes. Going to have to hop onto Tribble later today to get a preview.

I especially like these statements in the announcement:

One of the main goals with the Sector Space Revamp was to improve the feel of flying around in it. We wanted space to feel bigger and more impressive. We wanted you to feel like flying across the galaxy was a feat. And we wanted the systems you came across to feel more like real space. Now, real space is big. Really big. You just won't believe how vastly, hugely, mind-bogglingly big it is. And we really can't do that justice in our game. However, we used a few tricks to make it a little closer than it was. Bottom line; Space is much bigger in relation to your ship than it was. Your Intrepid will no longer dwarf Earth, and space should feel more like SPACE than it did.

I think that's great, because up to now sector space felt unrealistically small, and all of the major systems always look like starship parking lots.

The lack of loading areas for doffing is actually a huge improvement when it comes to gotta go fast.

EDIT: The torp seems to be first, foremost, and only to people who use Antiproton weaponry (which I for the most part don't even consider doing because it's a flagrant violation of canonfaggotry).

I am not particular interested either, the choice if AP is another indication something is not going well in the kingdom of Craptic ... before the Dilithium weekend grand nerf I would because it would be over 750k Dil but now? Too much hassle ... might, might not ... not going to break my back for their metrics, you want for me to show up? provide payment and that torp isnt it.

What? I did it with a couple of characters just to unlock the event ship and thats it, I would hardly call it "multiple runs" and now I recall why I didnt waste 1.750 million Dil ... since for the set I would have to spend 900 Lobi per future character.

One run for each of my 5 alts for the boff, costume and 400 qmendations was more than enough for me . I don't know that I'll ever be able to bring myself to do enough runs to grab the entire Kobali set.

Its still early and the only thing we seen of Season 10 and one thing I heard about season 10 was they were going to touch on the character system again.

If you want to be upset, be upset about when they clueless go mess around with the class system as they worship the notion of "the design is infallible", that is were shit is going to hit the fence.

While I am usually in the same boat, my klang ended up using antibrotons because the game denies me my biomocdisruptors even after 50 bawxes. No I am not going to buy them, it's a matter of princples now! And red beams at least fit the color sheme.
Ah, who am I kidding? We all will be running the event with at least 3 chars each.

The set is not really worth it. I collected all party but ended up using only the core and the deflector(?) while keeping the other two free dyson pieces for my budget chars. Especially the shield sucketh.
I just ran the mission with my 3 main chars for extra QMs, costume, boff and *cough* accolades *cough* plus one to spend the Qmarks with.
What pains me more is: my inner norfleet was weak. I didn't have the endurance to really farm the lolecules. It's probably just enough in the end to pimp one char for free.

On a related note: will they reduce the timer on the transwarp after unifying the sector maps? Otherwise travlling is going to be a pita, the costs for fasttraveling to some areas are pretty high. I am looking at you Eridan Belt!

Yah. I don't care about the torpedo, but I do want the dil and the marks, so it looks like I'll be taking on the CE 70 times. Brobisek's Mirror Invasion grind event is probably right around the corner again too.
