Thoroughly meh, really. Putting Intel in your only real Tac seat? This is joke, right? Without that, it's basically the same damn thing as every other Tac Cruiser, minus a real functional specialist seating, so...well, I guess it's a mostly faithful continuation of the original Moghvenger. It's...meh.

The Rom one is...okay. Intel slot isn't fake, but back to lame 4/3, Pilot probably better.

They always are missing. The trait details NEVER come out, not even when there's a fucking tooltip, until someone performs SCIENCE on it.

Secondary Deflectors was an obvious thing it'd have, but it seems otherwise it just covers additional Kit Modules and herpes-head boffs and doffs.

Apparently season 10.5 will make it possible for fleets to form armadas to help smaller fleets, where fleets higher up in the hierachy can dump their excess fleet marks help lower fleets out of sheer goodness to tier up. In return their discounts and other bonusses are somewhat added to the others.

Are we going to join the magnificent x34n and his bastion of humanity called xt3n1ty to make-- ahaha sorry can't continue that sentence...
I would rather join an armada with the dental hygene trolls, they seem to like Norfleet well enough.

As a max-tier fleet, we would derive little to no benefit from being a joiner. Rather, we shall instead acquire slave fleets to use as dumps, like my bank fleets. We're kind of in an odd position of being a tiny big fleet. NOT THROUGH ANYTHING YOU SLACKERS DID, OF COURSE.

It says a bit more today.

Armadas are composed of a top level Fleet, called the Alpha Fleet, which can invite up to three other Fleets to become subordinate Beta Fleets. These Beta Fleets can additionally each invite up to three other Fleets to become their subordinate Gamma Fleets, allowing for a maximum Armada size of thirteen Fleets.

I dont even think due to our Fleet Level we have a choice besides to be a Alpha Fleet or maybe a Beta Fleet since I assume it means you cannot invite a Fleet over your level, we might be able to maybe became a Gamma of a system composed of the high level ones assuming you can invite a fleet equal of your fleet level but still ... I am not really seeing much use outside cooking the books as the major fleets will just invite their satellites and the ones in similar situation like us will just create ghost Fleets to gain the bonus and help with Fleet Credits.

Worst is the bonus because its pants on retarded ONE in THIRTEEN Fleets will get a XP bonus as the others can continue with DELTA RISING IS THE BEST EXPANSION EVER AND THE PLAYERS LOVE IT, I swear those people would rather drive off a cliff that admit they made the wrong turn.

Well, here's the thing: If you're a member of anything but an alpha fleet, you're eating an XP penalty. Beta fleets get fuck all (no discount or XP bonus), gamma fleets get the dilithium discount, but this helps their actual members NOT AT ALL.

Therefore, the only organizational structure that makes any SENSE is composed of one Alpha Fleet, with the leaders' personal bank fleets parked in Beta (they don't care that the fleet gains no discount or XP bonus because there are no actual members), and either more bank fleets being actively built up with dilithium projects which will then be rotated to beta after they no longer need the discounts for anything, or hapless schmuck fleets who don't care about the penalty.

We, of course, are in an odd person: We derive little benefit as anything but an alpha fleet, but we don't actually have any members...the active population of our KDF fleet is 3 and the active population of our Fed fleet is 0. Thus random schlubs are probably not gonna be TOO interested in being our slaves because don't really offer much assistance with our approximately no members.

Obviously, I'm just going to attach the House of Storage as our betas so we can use them for dumping.

The House of Storage is going to be the next fad.
And I had the House of Storage before it was cool!

The benefit gained from [Dmg] weapon mods has been improved. This bonus damage gained from a [Dmg] mod is now calculated after all other passive and temporary bonuses are applied, meaning it will amplify those bonuses as well. In addition to this formula change, the value applied by each [Dmg] mod has increased from 2.5% to 3%. Weapons that do not possess at least one [Dmg] mod will see no difference in their overall performance. This will affect both Space and Ground weapons.

Time to stockpile [Dmg]x3 stuff?

Calculations seem to indicate [dmg] will not beat out CrtD unless unless you have < 15% CrtH, but...you know...fleet comes in [CrtD] [Dmg]x3...

I've been hearing rumors regarding tribble, that existing non-epic W->S (fleet) cores will be changed to A->S, so they can sell W->S as the big mod at epic quality. That would be a mighty kick in the balls, since a) I didn't bother upgrading my cores, b) AUX is usually my dump stat and c) I use A2B setups...

How accurate are those rumors?

I have heard this also. I have no idea what to make of it, though, since I am too broke and cannot be bothered to buy a new core. THE OBISEK CORE IS FINE, THANKS.

Reason for that is that W->S doesnt work when stacked so they apparenrly decided the Epic will stay and fuck the people that dont throws thousands at them, its the usual Cryptic whaling design.

Also Norfleet if rumors are true. we will get a new Core in Butterfly Effect anyway, the Warp seems to do some kind of shield damage resist and for Vaarna, in case he bothers to show up there seems to be a upcoming Dreadnought pack with a Guramba T6, I might bite that one a bit if the Galaxy-X model been fixed.

Joining our Lock Box offerings for the first time, players will have the opportunity to obtain a Cross-Faction Starship Trait Pack. Depending upon the faction of the player opening the Lock Box, they will be presented with a Choice from two Starship Traits not usually available to them:

  • Federation: Overwhelming Force -OR- Tactical Retreat
  • Klingon: Tactical Retreat -OR- Reciprocity
  • Romulan: Overwhelming Force -OR- Reciprocity

I know what I'll be investing my EC in. Every fucking klingon and romuloid will want this.

So, new Excelsior arrives. Pretty much what you'd expect: The three Engis, Lt->LtC Command. Alas, you still can't actually fly her apart, then. Am disappoint.

Looks garbage too, actually looks like a Command Battlecruiser with different nacelles.

Its pretty terrible compared with T6 cruisers since its layout entirely locked, even the Galaxy T6 have a Uni ensign as this is neither a Guardian or a Andromeda ... its like a Andromeda with more and at the same time less tactical bend with better turn in case you arent using the Galaxy set on the Andromeda, trait seems worst that the Cruiser set.

Its nothing new, another cruiser that is almost like the Andromeda but worst and since someone forgot about the Avenger Pack completely irrelevant.

Dat bawx will sell like sliced bread. Too bad I already invested my meager space riches in fleet modules, since I will not participate in that gambling shit. With my luck I would only get overwhelming 4z anyway.
Not that I had the 200+ million EC at any time it will most likely cost...
