Not an RPG but, Killer7 is coming to Steam via NIS America:

Port is done by Dutch developer Engine Software in collaboration with the original developer Grasshopper, so probably less concern about being NISA'd in that part.

Still no news about the Metal Max game for Steam, I suppose, right? As for the port, I suppose they started getting to the bottom of the barrel.

How IS that Valkyrie Profile remake, anyway? Never played the original, but heard great things about it

Its less of a remake and more of a mobile port AFAIK. Control is modified for mobile and thats it. The original use one button command for each character so modifying into tap control should be piece of cake.

As per pre-PS2 tri-ACE titles. VP is a good JRPG overall. Play it on PSP emulator or something, the translation was fixed there.

Metal Max Xeno launches September 25 in North America, September 28 in Europe

Metal Max Xeno will launch for PlayStation 4 on September 25 in North America and September 28 in Europe, publisher NIS America announced.

Explore this desolate wasteland as Talis, a casualty in this conflict, as he searches for allies and hope in a vengeance charged war against machines.

Key Features
  • Style Your Tanks – Salvage new tanks, and upgrade them using over 500 parts! Customize your tanks with a fresh coat of paint and the strongest firepower you can find.
  • Fight for Humanity – Explore the vast desert and unite with the remaining survivors to rise against the crazed machines.
  • Hold Your Ground – Enemies lurk around every corner! Make a preemptive strike on your foes when they appear on the World Map from inside your tank, or disembark and explore dangerous strongholds on foot with your allies.

Ok, it's simplified from previous entries but for someone who's never played any Nobu Amb games at all: is still at least a decent first-experience?

I see it still has the batshit insane £50 Koei Tecmo price tag, lol. Is this the base NA game, or is this an iteration with the PUK included?
