Recommend me some hack and slashers (with special rules)

I always create these strange topics. I use the term hack and slash but I am looking for a particular type of game. Elements include

1. Fighting large hordes of enemies
2. Most enemies you are dispatched in seconds.
3. Minimal rpg elements.
4. Combat can be either shooting or melee

Games that fall under this umbrella for me include: Left 4 dead, Gauntlet, Alien shooter, Vermintide, etc.

So, any recommendations?

This , is a must play for anyone who likes dispatching hordes of enemies , in Dante's fashion .

1. Check
2. Check
3. Check
4. Oh the biggest CHECK you ever saw. ( Combat is always Melee AND Shooting )

Rebellion + Ebony & Ivory combo never gets old .

Path of Exile. It's a F2P but always online Diablo-like. More like D2 than D1 though, but I guess that's what you're after if you want to plow through huge amounts of enemies with a variety of options and minimal RPG elements.

When I say minimal, I mean even less rpg elements than diablo/torchlight has.

Gothic 3, city liberation/ camp cleaning. Get fireball and you're set.
:troll:

Space Hack, was few times for free. Both shooting and slashing but you need to tweak the .ini file for med prices and else. Oh, an batteries for your guns is also currency in the game.

Yeah, well there is always The Chaos Engine, of course. One of my favourites from my Amiga500 days. A top down action game with 6 different player characters, some light character upgrading elements and a few mild puzzles on the map. The PC version is on gog.com, but I played only the Amiga version.

Why don't you just recommend me aids.
Because people have already recommended anime faggotry this thread. Same difference.

Funny enough, Terraria fits your criteria. Although sometimes there aren't that many enemies on the screen but quite often you'll run into big hordes during events or night time spawns.
