Beth has a style of how they plan out their games, game releases in November, major post-release happens until October of next year then they enter into production of the next game.

Also, PS3/360 version is impossible, the game is now 64-bit.

Yeah, I'm wrong with this one. I had a map of the FO universe and for some reason I thought it was controlled by the Enclave, but I checked it again and it's not.
However, it's true that Ronto seems to be a large, military/industrial city.
