Funny, I remember playing a flash metroidvania several years ago that had you playing as a fox. It was p well made for a flash site game too, and had a great calm atmosphere.

I suspect this will be another completely linear platformer with some trivial stuff to collect on the side, which will get a ton of praise from people who like pretty games or have never actually played a proper metroid game.
