Yeah I just saw that. Good to know they ARE aware of us. Considering we have one of the largest(?) group of SSI fans on the internet (Gold Box and the tactical games).

The timer now says 16 hours. Did Cleve design this launch?

EDIT: Now the timer is 0. Probably just "technical difficulties". Reminds me of my old job when we would launch a new website, and then something went wrong. My Boss would flip out heh

Some publicity coming their way: http://www.incgamers.com/2014/09/seven-dragon-saga-aims-to-be-a-modern-gold-box-rpg

Also USGamer's Jeremy Parish mentioned them in his last week's Goldbox retrospective. Hopefully USGamer will mention them again once they do the proper reveal thing.

I'm really curious who it is that will cover them, apart from the Codex, the Watch, and the Banshee.
Don't forget RPGFrance too. This is where I got the news mentionning what I told at the opening of this thread.

Dragon's Lair (french site too) will also cover this project.

This project will surely be covered by Canard PC too

However, the most noticeable thing is that no more it is mentionned about "anime style"

There's also that series of games that has the word "Dragon" in it its title

Not actually that prominent in the game, but it kind of grates on you

last game where dragons were prominent? skyrim..?
"Last" is not the issue. The sheer quantity is...
Is it too much to ask for a bit of originality in a niche game ?

(Last games I played with dragons were probably Divinity 2 and Dragon Commander)

I find the word "SaGa" in the title more important, since it's probably my favorite JRPG series (other than SMT)

Hopefully they'll fix that typo while they're at it.

Their site has stopped working again. Something is changing.

It redirects to the countdown now. Probably something they should've done at the very beginning, and not right before the Kickstarter is supposed to launch when everyone interested in the project has already had ample time to look at everything.
