It just got funded. I know blobbers aren't as big of a deal around here, but I think we should give it the benefit of the doubt and put forth a minimum effort. Even if we only raise $1000, we can keep up appearances and create an NPC. We don't want to let Brian Fargo down.

One time in 1990, I was renting the NES version of Bards Tale every other weekend. I knew the employee at the rental place and got it for free, since nobody else wanted it. It was kind of hard for an eleven year old but I picked away at it over several months until I finally got to the last dungeon. Much to my horror, somebody else ended up renting the game before I could finish it. They erased my progress and replaced the characters with new ones named Hulk, Wolverine, Spiderman, and such. Those motherfuckers! They didn't even get past level one, either. Three years later, while in high school, I was talking about the game and found out it was my future Dungeon Master and his best friend that rented it. Of course that DM is a very successful lawyer and his friend is a very successful restaurant owner now. I might be a drunken loser who works at a truck stop, but at least I know how to play a decent blobber. Oh well.. Fuckers...
