Yeah, XF does some things brilliantly, and then is completely and utterly retarded about some others.
Why not make a Facebook profile mandatory for every Codexer while we are at it? It would allow for all the PM conversation you crave along with the benefit of being able to upload pictures of what you are eating immediately!
