What about purging

If posters can't look up (or create) their own lulzy images, then they shouldn't use them. When did the Codex start making it easy for people? Did I miss the memo?

So to answer the quoted posters question, yes. Purge them all.

In general, similarly themed emoticons should be grouped together.

Can't be done until DU finds a smiley manager add-on that would actually work. I recently suggested this one in the staff subforum but apparently it's a broken mess.
