You can get a Social Justice Badge, that lets you punch people for committing micro-aggressions. Which are 100% played up to be as silly as possible.
Example: Someone says that "you're a sissy 4th grader" during combat, you can punch them instantly for a Micro-Aggression (which flashes across the screen)

Then PC Principal congratulates you for catching that they used a derogatory term alienating a lower class of peoples. (Pun Intended I think).

The further you progress the more asinine and silly the Micro Aggressions get. It's intended to show how you can misconstrue anything as an inflammatory remark against someone. To the point where PC Principal is punching mexicans for saying they are sleepy.. because that's a stereotype.

Also your Gender and Skin Color do affect the game. Selecting a non-binary gender (Other) impacts conversations / reactions of characters and it's not all a circle jerk either (surprisingly). There is social commentary about how it's a little awkward dealing with someone who just picks a non-gender, and the NPC who you select your gender with, makes a tongue in cheek reference about how you can come back anytime to pick a new gender if you want.

Matt Stone and Trey Parker are unabashedly liberal and you can see some undertones of that in assumptions they make about the normalcy of certain ideologues the left pushes but they generally do give a fair shake, insulting snow flakery / affirmative action and PC grammar policing.

I mean, they don't adhere to the assigned slate of "conservative" positions so to people who walk around with a checklist of stuff you have to believe in order to not be "liberal", yeah they are liberal. That was exactly my thought on the first one as well. It's funny and I enjoyed trying to find every hidden message but it's still a grindy repetitive game. It doesn't really feel worth the 20gb's it's taking up.
