Strife is actually quite awesome.

Whether it's a rpg or not is debatable, but fuck that.

The game is pretty awesome, I love the setting which is basically a mix between medieval and sci fi with some cyberpunk thrown in.
It's also the perfect blend between fps and rpg imo, more rpg-ish than deus ex and less stat reliable than say fallout 3 and NV.

Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
How is it more rpgish than deus ex? From what i remember the only stat you can upgrade is your health. deus ex had customisable skills and superpowers.

Great game, wrong forum.

Also you can upgrade not only health, but accuracy too.

Yes but strife is less linear in the sense that you can actually have side quests, you can buy stuff etc... I don't recall any of this in deus ex but it's been a long time so I might be wrong.

Deus Ex had secondary missions and you could purchase things for credits from certain people.

Best single-player Build engine game, I'd say. At least the most interesting one.
