The few times I've seen that number already, it always amuses me that the supposed 1 year sales info for PST is extremely similar to that core number of current RPGs.

Monthly update:
Many games got an haircut, some statistical adjustment on part of Steamspy I guess.
Age of Decadence figures are now below twenty thousand copies but we know from the developers that they sold around twenty-five thousand copies so Age of Decadence will maintain its position for now.
Blackguards 2 surpassed Dead State.
Heroine's Quest surpassed Legend of Grimrock 2.
Wasteland 2 surpassed Banner Saga.
I have added the link for the enhanced edition of Divinity:Original Sin.

Considerations:
Pillars of Eternity ggot a decisive boost to sales with the expansion while the various Director's Cut and Enhanced edition seemed to fail to do the same for inXile and Larian.
Basically Paradox DLC policy pays dividends as always.

I think discount is a more influential factor. While PoE did 50% off sale twice during October, D:OS and WL2 did not.
