Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
What a shame, Devastation and Fall of Cybertron are pretty good.

I just got Quake collection and realized Quake 4 is missing from the package. Am I missing much without it? Is there any essential mod for Q1 and 2?

For me, it's just going to be the Steamlink and the Steampad. For cheap play over wifi (probably in 480p for fast games, 720 for the rest), once in a while, it's now at an acceptable price and will replace a console.

In celebration of Winter Sale, all Transformer games and Legend of Korra game are removed:

TRANSFORMERS: Devastation
TRANSFORMERS: Rise of the Dark Spark
Transformers: Fall of Cybertron
Transformers: War for Cybertron
The Legend of Korra

Likely due to license expiration. Nice job Activision.

To be fair it could be a ploy to bring them back mid-sale for some additional exposure. I sure wouldn't put that past Activision.

Games that have had bigger discounts before have embarrassingly bad discounts and there aren't that many games discounted either. It's almost as if they want to stop this winter sale altogether or something.

Yeah, they axed the flash sales and now they gave lower discounts and next - no sales.
Because devs are mad cause people buy game cheaper and never play them?

A lot of games on my wishlist have their lowest price yet. I only bought two games. Willy-Nilly Knight and Skylar & Plux.

Might get Immortal Planet, Weaves of Fate and the second Styx game. I thought about buying TitS 3, but I haven't even completed the second one yet.

The EE versions of BG I and II are cheaper on GOG -- $5. The Dragonsphere expansion is allegedly terrible.

PC RPG Website of the Year, 2015 Make the Codex Great Again! Grab the Codex by the pussy Insert Title Here RPG Wokedex Divinity: Original Sin 2 A Beautifully Desolate Campaign Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag. Pathfinder: Wrath
Damn those Paradox jews. I'll die before they'll make at least 66% discount on CKII DLC again.
That's not Paradox exclusive mindset, every publisher have a problem with DLCs discounts.
66% on a fkn DLC?? Lucky bastard...
They are deviants... let them rot in Spellhold.

Try out my DLC-buying policy, adapted to Paradox' DLC policy:
- I know EUIV expansions are never discounted more than 50%, so I wait a year for Mandate of Heaven to fall to 50% off. Meanwhile I laugh at how they released their so-called "content pack" Let's Make Russia Even More Overpowered in June, and still haven't discounted it more than 20%. I wouldn't be surprised if no one is buying it.
- Crusader Kings II - they are nearing release of the final DLC. Wait for that, see if there is a good discount then, if not, a wonderful non-steam, zipped bundle release of the whole thing will be available soon at the appropriate place.
- Hearts of Iron IV - the cheek to ask real money for this mess, then "introduce" via DLC features that were part of the base HoI2... Wait at least two more years until this starts to resemble a finished game. Then pirate. Not a damn cent should be spent on this.

I doubt I'll be buying anything on the Steam sale... for myself.

But there's a guy I know who needs 'educating' in a few classic/incline games, and I'm cooking up a list of games to gift him for Christmas.

Primordia is one of them.

Banner Saga is currently on sale. Reviews on Steam seem very positive. I have the sequel for free from the Humble Bumble Monthly subscription. What do people here think?

Only shit I bought was Splinter Cell and Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory. Any worthwhile newish ARPGs I should pick up? The Technomancer was good but I already completed that.

It's fine, decent turn-based fix, not a whole lot to replay for, I'd say OK if cheap & you're bored.

Thanks. I don't normally replay RPGs because I sink a lot of time into it the first time, so this will fit the bill.
