For those who follow the game, did they stick to 20hour adventure with lots of replayability or this has changed?

I don't know if it is 20h or more but the rest should be true from what I seen on streams so far.
The game has 3 factions you can gain favor with so I guess at least 3 playthroughs can be had from it.
