Well, if you plan on drawing Fallout-style art, I recommend to learn as much as possible about the following: 50s (American) culture, art deco, streamline moderne, googie, gothic, grunge textures, retro futurism, pulp art. Also be sure to watch the movies that inspired the original Fallout artists: Mad Max 2, The City of Lost Children, Damnation Alley, Forbidden Planet (1956), Blade Runner, 2019: After the Fall of New York and just about all those other post-apocalyptic B-movies.

Sounds fun!

I'm already familiar with some of those styles and definately the Movies eg: my Forbidden Planet inspired Robot. :)

Learning more is always good though. For instance I've never heard the Term/Style "Googie" :)
City of Lost Children is not a Movie I've seen either.

Are there any specific Items you would like drawn in particular?

Maybe I can try drawing a few using the aforementioned styles?
