From what i gather the codex now has a special place for placing its "official" reviews and that place is only editable by some mods?
Is this correct? and if it is, how does this sit with the rest of the codex? does the codex need "official" reviews? and if it does, what for?

It's a place where Infinitron posts games he wants you to buy and pretends is the "official" codex opinion even though it's his personal preferences.

Just ignore it and follow the tacticular cancer curator instead. They make some quality recommendations
