By the way does any know if it is possible to reduce the length of the whole "hidden movement" thing. It's a fun game and all, but I quit playing just because missions took way to much time, especially terror missions with all the civilians and shit moving around making each alien turn taking several minutes.

In the options screen when you're in-mission, you can increase the movement speed of aliens/civilians.

: x That's the best part ot terror missions! Works wonders at upping the tension. You never know when that grenade is going to be thrown into the centre of your squad.

UPDATE 48 - Final Setup

The last update saw the finalization of the Leviathan plans.

ckWXl.png

Aliens will try very hard to catch us now.

cDmQI.png

Tasoths join the global search.

RKxhk.png

We have nothing left to research, so Atlantic base's scientists are sacked.

8Hdqf.png

Still trying to expand that destroyed colony... Shadowing the sub and Triton patrols don't reveal anything.

nBwXy.png

Looks like the aliens are starved for resources.

Gsm4s.png

Finally, after two weeks being repaired, our Mantas are back in action.

MRcrC.png

Another dreadnought. We just let it fly around.

sasz7.png

This one we shoot down.

jXh8R.png

As well as this sub.

tNDsB.png

And this one as well.

E9WvH.png

As usual, the large dreadnoughts on base attacks are left alone.

PGjm6.png

And, after many days, the production of the Leviathan is complete.

oxFFA.png

All the equipment is unloaded from the Triton.

BrhPt.png

And the best soldiers from Pacific base are transferred to Atlantic.

ss2Mn.png

Each soldier is assigned a suit of Magnetic Ion Armor as he boards the sub.

DTz0K.png

Storage space is a bit small for such a big team. We manage to take the bare essentials but will have to scavenge for ammo and pulsers.

55Aru.png

Let's take a look at the fine 18 soldiers assigned to the Leviathan.
Seaman Trash IV is one of the four lucky rookies who scores high enough on the M.C. test to be allowed in.

8dgCV.png

Commander Oscar has improved steadily over his long service. His aim started rather good, but is truly excellent now.

WZLNx.png

Ensign lightbane made some progress as a controller, and has shown he can control the lowest ranks of Tasoths already.

ehBjn.png

Lieutenant aRyan's very good accuracy will be most useful in the upcoming mission.

PVSnt.png

Commander Banelion is quickly becoming a dangerous asset. His M.C. Skill is through the roof.

qUEEQ.png

Lieutenant Black IV has shown some good progress in both accuracy and strength.

lZLbN.png

Captain eklektyk is nothing but a god among men. His accuracy is off the chart, his strength surpasses anyone's, he's the fastest of our aquanauts, and also the healthiest. Only his bravery leaves a bit to be desired.

lCIGd.png

Ensign BayBee has the weakest M.C. strength of the group, but is also the bravest soldier we have ever seen, which will be most useful in resisting alien panic attacks.

rtyrk.png

Seaman Krraloth is the second rookie assigned to the Leviathan. He has already seen some action but never scored a kill.

A1T1P.png

Ensign Azira is a natural born sniper, but isn't the bravest soldier. As long as things go smoothly he should be a valuable asset.

emOsQ.png

Ensign Pope Amole's recent outstanding performance earned him some much needed accuracy and strength.

K21B6.png

Ensign Golgepapaz Üç's perfect M.C. strength will be of little use without some prior training, but he is at least sure to resist any attempt targeted his way.

ZoTn7.png

Ensign Mal also lacked time to hone his controller skills, but can act as a backup sniper just as well.

uJZfn.png

Able Seaman Juggernaut a pretty good shot, but along with BayBee will probably spend most of his time trying to resist alien control.

VP7Y4.png

Ensign Stereotypical Villain has shown some excellent Disruptor skills in the last terror mission. We don't have enough space to take one, but will probably loot a couple from alien corpses.

DeyfJ.png

Seaman toastboy spotter is the third rookie in the Leviathan. A potential controller who also didn't have enough time to train.

fgQqo.png

The very same thing can be said about seaman Slaughter.

a3mWq.png

Ensign Shepard has been in many mission, but mostly operated a M.C. Reader from afar. Now's his chance to go EXTREME.

8WYY0.png

There, on Friday the 24th of September, at 17:00, the final assault was to be launched.

LcFLT.png

Preparations are made, some soldiers could use a little training but each passing day risks the lives of many humans.

The Leviathan's launch order is...

A - Given. Time to finish the fight.

B - Delayed. We still have things to do, tactics to assess, soldiers to train.

This is the final poll of this LP. If you'd like to see something in particular before the end mission, now's the time to speak up.

A - we've already seen everything TFTD has to offer. Now it's time to witness the horribly boring and uninspired last level end the xeno threat.

A, it's time to finish this before "ITZ" awakens and he tentacle-rapes humanity to death.

The only reason I can think of selecting "B", is to finish the month and have M.C. trained aquanauts improve their skills.

If you think M.C. training is a vital asset in T'Leth, then I recommend this. Otherwise, option A.

B.

I mean, it wouldn't be fair to option B if not even a single person voted for it.
