Still wish I could find some way to stomach a Discipline LP, though. I mean, they went to absurd lengths to prove how untouchable and connected the main female antagonist was. She goes from driving sports cars worth hundreds of thousands of dollars...TO A FRIGGIN' HARRIER. She literally started flying a VTOL to school every day. When the JDSF intercepted her on the second day, she began swatting them out of the sky, and when all was said and done called up their commander who then apologized for wasting her time. Then her sister ran over a teacher's prized car with a tank.

You should have done Bible Black and let the Codex vote each time choices were to be done. It has several diferent paths with several variations each, including many sub paths that end in failure and many scenes that check diferent variables and lock you in the path to a brutal ending if you don't meet certain combinations of past choices. It would have been fun to see which horrible death the Codex reached as consequence of their choices, since as far as i know most paths end with the characters meeting brutal ends, and to reach a non horrible end requires lots of attention or careful mapping of the choice tree.

The occult elements are pretty well researched, too. My contact with the game was a friend of my ex sending me screenshots and asking whether or not they were talking crap when mentioning diferent texts and theories, and even the totally out there crap in the game actually was well explained from an occult standpoint. Later on i think the game goes totally batshit fantasy because it wants porn, but up until i saw the research is flawless and some plot elements are actually built around diferent interpretations of occult theory.

Also, i understand it has a pretty good choice and consequences trees for a porn game, which make it interesting since most other porn games and romance games with notable choice and consequences trees are basicaly a complex story with diferent routes and paths and characters with some romance or porn tacked on to increase sales, while it is obvious Bible Black was built from the ground on to be porn, yet it has many delayed consequences, failure routes, etc.

About Pretty Soldier Wars, I haven't meet anyone who has checked it and do not say it totally sucks to the point is no longer so bad it's good but outright so bad it's awful.

Being on the wapanese scene means all my friends, male and female, are into manga porn, regardless of type. Be it traditional, bi, yaoi, yuri, or any of the three thousand fetishes japan has exported, i have met someone who loves it or i have played it myself out of intelectual curiosity or morbid fascination with being all :shock: and , so if you have doubts about any game ask me here or on a PM, if i haven't played it i have a friend that did and can guide you in the colourful and badly drawn path to decadence and moral corruption. :3

The problem with Bible Black and Discipline is that, unlike Hitomi there are fluff choices scattered here and there.

That's actually a problem most porn games with choices and consequences have, as there's a point where you can't really continue adding plot and divergent routes without getting on the way of the porn, and there's also a point where the divergent storylines start going ways you can't really throw a lot of porn into and must be, let's say, sliced.

Writing pornography for deviants is truly an art form. xD

True, it just seems odd that you can play for about 30 minutes or so as someone who is conservative in his approach (he's realized the school he's in is nuts), and cautious. Then all of a sudden control is ripped away from you and he becomes Gomer fucking Pyle again and just bumbles into situations.

I mean, it's not like either game didn't establish a large enough setting or background to satisfy several different styles of play. They setup whole clubs, streams of characters, events and such that are mentioned, then promptly thrown away. I mean, Discipline had the perfect setup for a route where you could slowly build a resistance to the crazies who had taken over. The ambitious Vice-Principal, the 'specialist' teacher, the various clubs that had lost influence thanks to the changes, several characters that are all mentioned to have powerful connections and motivations to hate the female antagonist, etc.

I hold them just about even. I've been wanting to get my hands on the other couple titles with story and art by the same guy. One is titled 'Heart Work' which deals with a nobody who gets trained to become an elite assassin, and incidentally starts attracting all kinds of women (has about as many endings as BB, many where you die), and then 'Cleavage'...which I haven't found a summary for. Then he released another one recently whose title hasn't even been translated yet.

Currently it's really easy but takes forever. Even with animations turned off it still takes forever because you miss more often than hit. It's ridiculous.
