Since there are still updates and patches in the works for PtD, I was just wondering if the flame magic bug had ever had the cause discovered, since it still seems to be there in 1.41.

Yeah I am still looking at it, but I have a very hard time reproducing it on my end. I've been more focused on re-writing the engine and fixing stability issues.

What is the flame magic bug that you are talking about? I ask because I think I have it happen to me as well. About 1/3 of the fights I enter into, fire magic has no effect. I click on an enemy and cast a spell, the spell animation goes fine, but no damage, no miss no noting. At first I just thought some enemies must be immune to fire, but then it happened against opponents that I have used fire againt before. This is an issue for me becasue one of my 3 main characters is a flame magic specialist, and not much good in combat without it.
