Just set CPU affinity in task manager.

Apparently all the usual fixes don't work with this one. That's what I've garnered from reading forum posts, anyway.

If you look under the system requirements on the game card, it says this:

Playing it right now. Recommended despite his flaws. Grab some speedhacks from CheatEngine if you play Priest (which you should) for mana regen and fater walking speed or die from slow pacing
