just take a look at the reviews on steam/gog. so many people saying that UR is "the true Fallout 3" and a "succesor to Fallout 1", but it's not.
I love Fallout 1 and I read those shitty reviews and because of those dumbfucks I bought Underrail. I wish somebody would have warned me back then.

Never finished, but got close enough to rate. 5.98 out of 10. Boring, boring, boring, but only at about the 70% completion point. It's p. fun before that, torture after.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided

Finished, can rate. For an action RPG, honestly, 8.99 out of 10. For an RPG proper, it only gets a 6.2 out of 10 from me. Fun, high-quality potato.

Torment: Tides of Numenera

Finished, can rate. I give this one a 6.02 out of 10. I'm actually surprised I got through it. Awkward game.

Age of Decadence

I didn't play this and I'm ashamed to admit it. I'll get to it eventually.

Underrail

Haven't finished, can't rate, but it would likely get med-high ratings from me.

Wasteland 2

Never completely finished, but got far enough (in L.A.) to rate. 6.0000000000000000000023 out of 10. Fun at first, drags on about halfway through, it's a slog to get through to L.A. where things pick up again. Wish I had held off on this one until the Director's Cut which makes it better.

Pillars of Eternity

Finished, can rate. I give it a 5.619 out of 10. Josh.

Fallout 4

Never finished, don't intend to, can rate, however: Why did I put so many hours into this out of 10.

Of the recent CRPG revival I thought Pillars was amazing despite some less than great sections, and Divinity OS was the best.

Grimoire is unironically a good game that needs a lot of love and a competent programmer, but what is there is sometimes amazing.

Prey: only played the demo, was bored to tears (it's like these designers haven't learned a thing since the 90s. Except for how to casualize your game).
Tyranny: 04/10. Some good ideas, awful execution + rtwp MMOesque shit. The writing was pure cringe.
Divinity Original Sin 2: I'll never play it because...
Divinity Original Sin 1: ... the first one was a failure. 04/10 for the combat.
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided: won't play. The setting, the narrative and the ideas they conveyed were a very important part of Deus Ex for my teenage self. And these ideas weren't liberal bullshit.
The Witcher 3: 04/10. Boring Ubisoft-like shit.
Torment: Tides of Numenera: 05/10. Some interesting ideas (the points to make actions and then rest... but with no time limit for tjhe resting what's the point?)
Age of Decadence: 08/10. Goes where I want a RPG to go. It wasn't perfect in it's execution but still delivered. I haven't enjoyed a RPG so much since... Bloodlines, I guess?
Underrail: 05/10. Boring, to much combat (with damned cooldowns, ugh...).
Wasteland 2: 03/10. Being turn based is the only thing thos games makes right.
Pillars of Eternity: didn't played it, but I guess it's the same as Tynanny but without the good parts.
Fallout 4: lol.
