The best thing about TW3, beyond diversity and sheer volume of quests, is how organically they are integrated to the main game. They don't yell "SIDEQUEST HERE" like in many other games. You're riding on your horse, when you catch a glimpse of some old abandoned house, or just somebody plainly stops you on the road and asks for your help, since you're obviously the "professional type".

F:NV was very similar. Not every quest was as fleshed out as Fly With Me or Beyond The Beef, but they made sense, they are self contained. And you don't really see them coming.
