What's the most balanced game difficulty wise?

Would you back a kickstater for J.E Sawyers historical turn-based RPG?

Which RPG has a consistent challenge from beginning to end, with the least amount of balancing issues?

Dark Souls 3 has best difficulty and game. I can roleplay as someone who cleans up graveyards.

Man, you don't have to comply with your captors! When they bring you food in the dead of night, knock one of them over their head with your 'poll laptop', scream at the top of your lungs to intimidate the other and run for it! Nobody deserves to be held hostage only to post inane polls on the dex!

Or we could just dispatch a codex verti-assault team to your location. Just be warned that they usually just go in shooting and let someone else sift through the ashes!

Darklands; the game is static ( as in all monsters, quests and enemies are set from the start) but the difficulty curve is just so balanced that by the time you get ahold of chain mail enemies don’t magically start wearing plate (or obsidian ;) ) but you do get a chance to take on those missions and quests and have a fighting chance
By the time you are beginning to kick some ass you naturally run into tougher quests and the literally get a call from God to do the endgame content
Not only my favorite RPG of all time but one of the best games bar none

One that's hard enough to not be too easy but not easy enough to not be hard at all.

Give me unbalanced, expansive messes of toys to play with in giant playgrounds (Morrowind, Arcanum, etc.) over balance any day.
