edit: it's BallisticNG. The recently released, excellent Wipeout clone.

It was in EA for a long time and it has workshop support so there are already a lot of custom tracks and vehicles available.

The game has a lot of game modes, multiplayer support (including split screen), pretty retro-done-right visuals and a great soundtrack. The AI seems good too and it has no trouble with custom tracks. Haven't played online yet.

Hobo Murder Simulator

I like to think about Condemned as being set in a same universe as F.E.A.R. The obviously same engine, the unnatural elements and the gifted protagonists who are fighting against the odds, and survive. But here we've got urban terror (which only has been surpassed by Manhunt), mixed with Se7en influences and spooky elements. The music is way more mellow and most of the time is just a background sounds building atmosphere and tension. The combat is really simple and elegant, and I liked how there are fights between the foes. The mansion is still one of the best moments in the game.

Grinding, jumping and wall running is not a challenge in this game, they are the 90% of gameplay.

Santa wins... just another minigame

Really good music, alot of different weapons/weapon addons/bonuses, (some) funny characters; but annoying minigames/base defense missions, really tough jumping puzzles and mouse control is still bugged on PC port.

octavius's's post about The Tower of Shrakith’a got me interested. Looks nice, but why have platforming sections in Unreal?

I've also played The Fifth Vortex, something with a more traditional Unreal style.
