Ok, I'm building a list of games to get for 2019, assuming some of them are released by then. This is what I've gotten so far, not necessarily in order of importance:
  • Atom RPG
  • Copper Dreams
  • Outer Worlds (I will support Tim & Leon for this, NOT Obsidian as a whole)
  • Colony Ship RPG
  • Ion Maiden
  • Kenshi
  • Insomnia
  • Iron Oath
  • Underrail Expedition

So is there anything else I may be missing for 2019? Let me know because I'd appreciate it.

Also, what are your plans for 2019?

Grab the Codex by the pussy Strap Yourselves In
None for now. I wait to see if games are good before I think about buying them.

Except for Outer Worlds, which I'm definitely buying because I'm an Obsidian whore.

Ion Maiden (look promising, but you never know)
The Outer Worlds (technically a 2020 game because it's going to be an unplayable, bug-ridden mess at launch)
Pathologic (is now going to be episodic...)
Cyberpunk 2077 (looks like huge time investment)

(if the planets align and pigs start flying I could also end my virginity).

Best of luck and don't forget to keep us posted on your progress. Also, don't hesitate to ask for advice from our resident relationship experts, they can be consulted in the Shoutbox and GD sections of the forum 24/7.

interested in and fairly optimistic i ll enjoy the following games :

-Age of Wonders: Planetfall (loved AOW3 and them doing an Alpha Centauri like setting next was a dream of mine before they announced it)

-Phoenix Point (backed this anyhow - kinda sceptical its gonna release in 2019 though based on slow progress so far, even if they announced a june release date)

-Endstate (much like Phoenix Point this type of game gets me hot like an xboxer gets hot for HALO, hopefully its not another huge turn-based disappointment like Battletech or D:OS2 )

-Anything Total War: Warhammer whethers its new DLC or Part 3 ( first part was kinda meh but i thought CA did a fairly good job with the sequel and DLCs )

-DLC for WH40k Gladius (nids are releasing in january, hopefully 1 or 2 more factions in 2019, base game aint perfect but is pretty solid/fun and might become awesome with more content)

very interested in but very also sceptical/cautious whether i ll actually enjoy the following games:

-Outer Worlds (i thought the videos looked like total shit, especially combat, but i then i liked New Vegas well enough despite awful combat )

-Cyberpunk 2077 (i thought the videos looked amazing, but then i remember that i couldnt care less about The Witcher )

-Mechwarrior 5: Mercenaries (loved MW2:Mercs and like what i m seeing from MW5 ... but seeing the creators of Battletech themselves greenlighting such a godawful game as HBS Battletech has me very worried )

-Grim Dawn Xpac 2 ( loved grim dawn and ashes of malmouth but i fear i may be burnt out of Grim Dawn and not sure if the xpac can rekindle my interest )
