As for the mod, I believe its for women and homosexuals, or those who like the wider range of options bodywise for the characters, as skyrims body proportions are lacking. The risque clothing is a just a side effect of google images and the perverted people who enjoy this mod the most. It's essentially the female equivalent of CBBE. In regular clothing, they look perfectly normal.
