I don't know what you guys are complaining about, GOG torrents are great.

The official profit figures can be just for tax optimization purposes. Pretty common for potato companies to claim next to nothing in profits knowing the tax authority lacks capacity to properly investigate.

That's true, but they are publicly listed and there was a noticeable drop between 2017-18.

GOG is a game publisher now ?
Fantasy General 2, in production by ownedbygravitygames :

Fantasy General is owned by GOG. It might even be the real cause behind the loss last year.

Not getting my hopes up though : most of the people behind this Fantasy General 2 seems linked with Cliffhanger Productions according to linked in :

Interesting to note that GOG also own the licence to the gold box games (would still need Hasbro though for any sequel).

The hell? I loved Fantasy General, that will be the first time the industry necrophilia genuinely hurts since Fallout 3.

After playing Warhammer 40,000: Armageddon I have little faith in this.

This doesn't look anything like the original Fantasy General

If Hasbro had no issue with Beamdog doing all their "enhancements" and also Dragonspear, then I doubt they would care if GOG did the same.

I know they're not technically goldbox, but what about the Dark Sun games?

The only General game I didnt finish is Star General, which I only played the demo when the game was released.

If it gets GoG release it will be day 1 buy.
