Timcuck goes after the game because he have some channel with the same name.

Edit:He was really butthurt over his site being overtaken by the glorious porn game on google search, apparently Soygoy of Acuck even congratulated him on the successful kickstarter.

Damn, the Kickstarter isn't even finished and there are already 2 potential legal battles on the horizon. Tim's and of course the inevitable one from Fred & Paul.

videos that are really fucking good
Eh, their models and textures could use some work. You can see polygons on tits and asses. Most of the time there are weird shadows on nethers. And the movements are repetitive (which is the norm, I know). They're good don't get me wrong, but not really fucking good. That's the realm of selfdrillingsms, affect3d, socrates, etc.

Selfdrilling has amazing model work that blows away anything else, but he’s a hardcore pedophile in real life and it shows in the scenes he creates. I can’t touch that shit with a 10 foot pole.

Socrates also tends to do a lot of kiddie porn. Not sure what his preferences are in real life, but this is not material I would voluntarily watch regardless of quality.

Affect 3D has some good scenes, but I would put them in par with the higher end Studio FOW work (Kunoichi, Hunted, etc). They have better shadows, but very very plastic skin. Pros and cons there.

I like Tim. He hates far leftists and identity politics morons and puts them on blast. It's a shame he got beat by a porn game, but you can't fight porn.

DU still has time to make a fundraiser for the 250 pounds tier. This is a golden opportunity to have a planet in the game named Codexia and populate it with multi-headed dicks.
Pound this post with your fists at least 50 times and I'll do a campaign for the $250 pound tier. Fair Codexia may as well be a planet in some fetish space game because why not.

Also someone PM me if it does hit 50 fists cause I won't notice.
It's been done.

Yup, Tim's a cool dude (an actual sane lefty that does good journalism) but this is a losing battle. Legal fees can be overwhelming in cases like these, he's just not big enough to fight this.

DU is very specific as you all know. And he said PM when there's 50 fists, not reply.

So I took it upon myself to make sure the fisting is delivered to its recipient.

Tim should just give up and change his brand to SubverseNews or something. This is just a pointless legal battle, nobody even knows what Subverse is, not even most people who follow Tim

Meanwhile this game is going to sell millions

Even most of his watchers are commenting under his video to change the name to "Subverse Media" or something with "-pool-" in it because this whole issue is retarded.

They could reach an amiable solution to where FOW renames it to Subverse: The Game, and Pool to Subverse News or something like that. I doubt it's going to happen because the reason why he's butthurt about this is because the game is the first one that comes up as a result in Goolag. It's also why he filed for trademark just a few days ago hoping to salvage the situation. I can also see why he wouldn't want to have his project confused with a tentacle futa porn game.

With regards to the trademark as far as I understand FOW trademarked it in ukanistan and Pool trademarked in the kwa. He's hoping that they can at least change their name for a US release but I don't know if that would solve his SEO problem.

People also comment that because "subverse" is a common noun and that it refers to two different things: a video game vs. a news outlet respectively it shouldn't cause any legal issues. But I'm pretty sure that if someone were to create a game called "Apple" they'd get into legal trouble very quickly, so I'm not sure how that works either.

Are these the same lovely people who made Lara in Trouble?
Here’s the breakdown. StudioFOW produces three kinds of things.

1) Long videos that are really fucking good, like Kunoichi and Bioshag.
2) Short videos that are really fucking good, like Hunted and Agent of Chaos.
3) Flash shorts where you pick a position and speed... that are kind of shitty and much lower quality.

Subverse is using the director of Bioshag and Mila Red Riding Hood, which is promising. But the Kickstarter claims the erotic scenes are going to be like the flash shorts... which are historically much worse than their other content. I have no idea if having the Bioshag director means the flash shorts will be higher quality than the usual or not. I hope so. But I’m also wary.
Don't forget the obligatory dog fucking scene, because their highest-paying backers are apparently in to that.
