Rule of thumb: Don't use proprietary browsers, stick to open source. Vivaldi breaks that rule.
Plus, Vivaldi is still just Chromium, meaning you don't really have much of a reason to use it. If you are going to use any Chromium derivative, use something that is open source. My suggestion would be Ungoogled Chromium or Iridium.

Browser wars are so 2011.
