Serpent in the Staglands Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag. Pathfinder: Wrath
Runners up (strongly considered voting for these):
-Fallout 2
-Fallout: New Vegas
-Gothic 1
-Icewind Dale 1
-ELEX
-Witcher 1

Would have chucked a few points at if the point pool was very big:
-Kingdom Come: Deliverance
-Arcanum
-Risen 1
-Mount & Blade
-Witcher 3
-Baldur's Gate 1

Games I didn't vote for because their CRPG qualifications are questionable:
-Deus Ex
-System Shock 2
-King of Dragon Pass
-Dark Souls 1/2
-Jagged Alliance 2

Here is my vote:

5 Points:
The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind

4 Points:
Fallout: New Vegas
Dark Souls

3 Points:
Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines
Kingdom Come: Deliverance

2 Points:
Pathfinder: Kingmaker
Darklands

1 Point:
Deus Ex
Star Wars: Knight of the Old Republic 2 - The Sith Lords

I think the only thing I missed out on my mentioning that I really love and feel is underappreciated, would be Daggerfall. Maybe Deus Ex: Human Revolution, which I like a lot more than most people. It deserves to be in the top 70.

Football Manager 2019

Found the limited distribution frustrating, though using the same number of points as last time makes sense and is probably the most useful for a number of reasons. 50 points would have been better if we didn't have to take the previous list into account... anyway:
Jagged Alliance 2*
Temple of Elemental Evil
Anachronox
Fallout: New Vegas
FTL*
Original Sin 1
Serpent In the Staglands (probably the one newer game that had the most unrealised potential... really loved the setting and the art direction of SItS)
Dungeon Rats
Icewind Dale 2
Alpha Protocol
KotOR 1
Battle Brothers*
Freedom Force*
Freedom Force vs the Third Reich*
Blackguards
Neverwinter Nights 1 (awful campaign and absolutely disgusting to look at but the combat system would have made for a good direction for single char action RPGs... it's a shame The Witcher 1 was the only game to make use of it within those parameters. Unpopular and absolutely haram opinion, I know)
Paper Sorcerer
Dark Souls

*disputed RPG status for some reason.
Also, Football Manager is definitely an RPG if Jagged Alliance, System Shock, Crusader Kings etc. are considered to be RPGs. You create a character, you distribute stats for that character and those stats increase when you progress in the game. It has dialogue trees with multiple answers to choose from that lead to fundamentally different results and consequences and several other of the essential qualifiers for what does or doesn't make something a RPG. Not counting my vote for Football Manager 2019 is bigotry and a sign of disdain for normal people (!!!)

Ultima Underworld 2: Labyrinth of Worlds
Deus Ex
Fallout: New Vegas

Not just individual games, the whole groups were doomed to be out from the start:

-Gold box: too ancient to enjoy, the only appeal is D&D implementation, which for me doesn't cut it, individual games (like Wasteland) from the same era are better, and those alone are not "the best" either
-RTwP: Party control is fucked by design, end of story
-Modern Shadowrun trilogy: Gameplay is not hardcore and close to PnP enough
-Old Shadowrun trilogy: PC only list, duh
-Witcher series: Yes they're nice GAMES but poor RPGs design-wise. Yes they're better than some of the "modern old s'cool" titles like Pillars but not good on it's own

As for individual games:
-Fallout 1.5: Resurrection: Nevada is 2 times better
-Fallout 2: Nevada is 10 times better
-Ultima Underworld I: Wonderful game but the sequel improved alot in every aspect. Yes I do find leaving a single megadungeon at the ass of Britannia and making it a part of U7 anthology helpful in writing a better script too. UUII is pretty much the same leauge as DE or VTMB now.

Lots of great RPGs that didn't make my list. The ones that jump right out in my head are Bloodlines, KotOR 1 and 2, Baldur's Gate 2 (not that it needed my help) and maaaaaybe Mass Effect 1, which while very flawed is probably the best of the "it's an interactive movie!!!" era of RPGs.

If we were doing a "give a lesser rated game some extra points" bonus vote, which I think would be cool next time around, I'd probably give it to Shadowrun: Dragonfall, which I really loved for whatever reason. Granted I haven't played a lot of the "incline" yet, but it might be my favorite so far. I did put it on my list though, for 1 little point, but I'd give it some extra love if I could.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

2 points:
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II - The Sith Lords
The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings
The Witcher

1 point:
Vampire: The Masquerade: Bloodlines
The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind
Trails in the Sky
Trails in the Sky SC
Trails in the Sky the 3rd
Trails of Cold Steel
Trails of Cold Steel 2
Shadowrun: Dragonfall
Shadowrun: Hong Kong

Not on the list because of not enough points to go around:

Neverwinter Nights 2 & Mask of the Betrayer
Deus Ex: Human Revolution
Fallout
Fallout 2
Planescape Torment
Tyranny
Gothic
Gothic 2
Gothic 3
Risen
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic
Neverwinter Nights
Torment: Tides of Numenera

Not on the list because of major flaws, but could have got onto the list due to good quests or other good role playing elements:

Pillars of Eternity & Pillars of Eternity II (bad combat)
Alpha Protocol (boring gameplay)
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided (the game was only half finished)
Dragon Age: Origins (pretty great actually, but not quite as good as those in the previous list)
Mass Effect (like above, but there aren’t that many combat options besides shooting)
Jade Empire (needed a bit more detail / more complex systems)

Not on the list, could be great, but I haven’t completed them:

Deus Ex
Divine Divinity
Divinity: Original Sin
Divinity: Original Sin 2
Wasteland 2
Kingdom Come: Deliverance

Will add more later.

I regretted not sparing a point or two for Undertale and Neverwinter Nights (did give a point to NWN2).
