Divinity: Original Sin 2 A Beautifully Desolate Campaign
Geneforge.
It gives you a pretty good idea of the theme behind the game, but still vague enough to spark your imagination making you want to learn more.

Runners-up: Race War Kingdoms (a trashy MMO, but the name is hilarious) and Dark Secrets of Africa

Various titles with place names in them:
Serpent in the Staglands
Betrayal at Krondor
Aleshar: World of Ice
Ishar: The Seven Gates of Infinity
Menzoberranzan
Neverwinter Nights
Septerra Core
Dark Heart of Uukrul

In general, fantasy-sounding names are intriguing and pleasantly 90s, and they also identify the game as an RPG. Just don't make the name too generic (e.g., Avalon or something). For comparison, Arx Fatalis or Geneforge sound good, but they could be anything (and worst of all, shooters). It's also nice if the name includes a famous good setting (e.g., Spelljammer or Shadowrun).

I also really like Sword of the Stars, albeit it's not an RPG. It sounds poetic and archaeofuturist. Another pleasant archaeofuturist name is Wizardry: Bane of the Cosmic Forge.
