What array of traits and vices would you propose? The ones that exist in CK2?
How would these be attributed?
Who attributes them?
Are they ad eternum?

yes the ones that exist in CK2, I like how it define a character, but we could make up our owns. CK2 has the seven virtues which all gained would make you holy. To be honest easiest is to copy it to avoid any discussion.

100 brofist ratings, for example would earn you diligent.
brave trait earned by 100 retardred ratings.
you can change it of course in the way you post.
I can give a list how I see it, but prefer if the more esteemed people (like you) has their idea on it

I think it's a pretty interesting idea (that'll never happen btw). Here's my take on the Seven Virtues/Seven Deadly Sins because I'm bored on a saturday evening:
Seven Virtues:
-Chaste - spend X amount of hours logged in in the timespan of a month. Alternatively, log in from the Vatican. Alternatively, don't visit the boob/ass threads during x months.
-Temperate - post no more than x and no less than y in a month. Alternatively, receive "Balanced" rating 2000 times.
-Charitable - give 5000 positive ratings
-Diligent - don't go x days/months without posting/logging in
-Patient - don't be the first to reply to any thread 2000 times
-Kind - receive 1000 "friendly" ratings
-Humble - receive 1000 "friendly" ratings

Seven Sins:
- Lustful - spend X hours in the boob/ass/porn threads.
- Gluttonous - spend X hours reading the cooking threads.
- Greedy - be Infinitron.
- Slothful - don't post for an entire week while still viewing threads
- Wroth - have the "you contributed to pillars of eternity kickstarter" badge. Altenatively, have more than X posts in the PoE threads.
- Envious - give 2000 shit/retadred ratings or receive 2000 butthurt ratings
- Proud - accumulate 20000 negative ratings

drunkard trait should be given to me, shitposting is a thing to earn brave, like a good thing.
all ratings, a rating gets you a virtue or a sin.
For example when you have 100 retrarded and 200 brofist, its clean, 201 brofist is diligent, a ratio of 2:1 is good.

They are all cognates of modern language, dear shitposter.

Cogitatione == cogitate, cognition
Verbo == verbose, verbal
Opere == operate

So, without any knowledge of Latin but a fair knowledge of English, you would have the gist without Google's help. From there, you need to have some understanding of how verb conjugation works.

A sin is a sin, whether it be in thought, word or deed.
