Clearly Makoto is the only one I would trust with my child, while I fuck with Ann.

Best mum is Haru - nurturing (as seen with her care in gardening), compassionate and rich to boot.
The cool mum is Ouya - emotionally unavailable, but she makes up for it by looking the other way when you have your friends over to drink.
But the mum you really want is Hifumi because she would raise a worthy initiate. Her child would know the discipline of a shogi master AND the grace of a shrine maiden. Plus she has the best confidante abilities, so that couldn't hurt.

Kawakami could probably put her experience from teaching teenagers to use in raising kids but she's too fumbling and unreliable in her present state to make a good mother as she is.
Haru is shown as sweet and nurturing so she's probably the best of the bunch in that regard.
Makoto would be a soccer mom while Sae would go over the line from scolding to abusive. Futaba is a problem child herself and she'd be a prime candidate for a show about bad teen moms.
Hifumi at least would know not to repeat her mother's mistakes whilw still pushing her child to excel at something.

Chihaya is 120% sweet and learns to be supportive so she wouldn't be bad at it.
Ann... Being a model on the side would be rough at least, she cares for her friend but that doesn't really mean much in this context.

Ichiko is the wild card here because while on the surface she appears terrible her repeated not wanting Joker to get involved shows she at least is at least responsible in some aspects
