Baldur's Gate Baldur's Gate 3 - Miniature Giant Space POLL!

Will Baldur's Gate III be good, bad or in between?

  • It will be a flawless masterpiece - certainly on par with the Codex Classics of old!

  • It will be a brilliant - so good that it will still be relevant decades after its release!

  • It will be excellent- easily the game of the year!

  • It will be great - but not without a fault or two.

  • It will be good - but flawed.

  • It will be mediocre. (Cretins take note: Mediocre means NEITHER GOOD NOR BAD!)

  • It will be found wanting - but not without a redeeming feature here and there!

  • It will disappoint - but it will at least suffice as a light diversion.

  • It will be bad - a waste of time, talent and money.

  • It will be outright terrible - an offense to the RPG enthusiast and consoletard alike.

  • It will be a pile of shit - only Biowhores would like it, but they don't since it is made by Larian.

  • It will be an abomination - one of the worst games ever made. The horror.

  • KingComrade knows that Fluent will praise the game regardless of quality.

Will it be good, or will it be shit?

Will it inspire a renaissance among cRPG's, or will it be so bad that TemplarGR returns because of it? Will Lilura write about it on her blog? What are your fears or hopes about this game?

VOTE NOW, and we'll see if we were correct soon enough!

I mean, we literally know nothing about the game apart from the fact that it's called Baldur's Gate, that the antagonists are Mind flayers and that it's apparently using the D:OS engine. Since Larian has also created games like Divinity II - The Dragon Knight Saga, it's very difficult to say what kind of beast this new BG will be. Personally, I'm betting on something similar to what Dragon Age Inquisition turned out to be, although I'm hoping for a turn-based game. I can still dream, can't I?

It will be a flawless masterpiece. Imagine it, an open-world in the Forgotten Realms with action combat like Final Fantasy 15. It will be glorious. I shall praise it until the day of my death.

Grab the Codex by the pussy Strap Yourselves In
My prediction is that it will be vastly overrated, just like D:OS2 and the previous Baldur's Gate games.

Larian thrives in a setting that is almost a self-parody.. The idea of Larian taking themselves serious with a "REAL VILLAIN" has me already cringing ..
I hope they treat DnD like they treat their own silly shit. Cheese merchants and campy enemies..

No literal "good for what it is" option, op is a faggot.

What about "It will be good - but flawed"? I can't believe that I missed including "good for what it is", though.

Up yours and have a bullet breakfast, asshole! :popamole:
